Terms & Conditions

Orders & contract

An order becomes binding when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability; any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Prices & payment

All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. PayPal); we never store your full payment details.

Production & delivery

Our pieces are made to order. Production typically takes [X–Y business days], after which delivery takes [X–Y business days] depending on destination. Estimated times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us at returns@dassaret.com within that period and return the items within 14 days of your notice, in their original condition. We will refund all payments including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Return shipping costs are borne by [the customer / us].

Returns & condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all labels attached. We may reduce the refund for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Statutory warranty

EU consumers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty of at least two years. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
