Made to order
Every Dassaret piece is produced when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production typically takes [2–7 business days] before your order ships. It is a slower way to work, and a more considered one.
Shipping
Once produced, orders ship with tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

Duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
EU/EEA customers may return any piece within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, with labels attached. Write to returns@dassaret.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return arriving back to us. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Exchanges
For a different size, the quickest route is a return and a new order — made-to-order production means we cannot swap items on a shelf.
