Making the Wool Overshirt
Inside the cut-and-sew of our heaviest piece.

At Dassaret, the work begins quietly. Before a single garment is cut, the cloth is chosen for how it ages — how it softens, holds, and earns its character over years of wear.
Each piece passes through few hands, deliberately. Pattern, cut, finish — decided slowly, changed rarely. What reaches you is the version we could not simplify further.
The intention is constant — restraint over noise, and pieces made to last. Everything else follows from that.
